I recently had to replace several parts on my aging sedan, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this used auto parts store. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly; they really took the time to understand what I needed. I was amazed at the extensive inventory they had on hand. I found a quality used alternator and some other hard-to-find components, all at a fraction of the price I'd pay at a dealer. Plus, they offered to check the condition of the parts before I purchased them, which gave me a lot of confidence in my buys. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve their signage to help customers navigate through the aisles a bit easier, but that is a minor detail compared to the overall fantastic service. It’s clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction, which is a breath of fresh air in this industry. I left feeling like I got a great deal and a wealth of knowledge about my vehicle.
